Finbase PIE Fund December 2025 Quarterly Report
We have published the December 2025 Quarterly Report for the Finbase PIE Fund, covering the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025.
The report provides an update on the Fund’s performance for the quarter, portfolio composition, investor engagement, and the Fund’s updated investment objective, which took effect from 1 January 2026.
During the quarter, the Fund delivered an annualised return of 9.00% p.a. after fees, before tax, in line with the Fund target up to 31 December 2025.
The report also reflects continued engagement from investors, including the first Finbase investor event held in November, where we had the opportunity to meet with investors and discuss the Fund, the wider Finbase business, and our outlook.

As at 31 December 2025, the Fund remained invested across loans secured by first mortgages over residential, commercial, and rural properties, alongside cash and cash equivalents.
